  • Why did Turner change the login process?

    In an effort to increase our security and compliance, we have started using social email accounts (Gmail, Facebook) to verify your email. This allows you to use your personal accounts when registering and Turner does not have any passwords. Any password resets that are needed will be done with your social provider.

  • How do I Register for an Account?

    To register for an account, you will need to know your Employee Id, Social Security Number and have a valid E-Mail address.

    Note: After successfully registering for an account, you will be asked to login with your registered email account.

  • Where can I find my Employee Id?

    Your Employee Id is the unique number assigned to you when hired by Turner Industries. It is used to identify you in the tigBenefits.com system and other company databases. Please click here to read our PDF guide on locating your Employee Id.

  • What should I do if I do not have an E-Mail address?

  • I forgot my e-mail address.

    To recover your email address, call the help desk - (225) 214-2830

  • I forgot my password.

    To protect your privacy, only you can reset your password.

  • What do you do with my social security number?

    We use this information to authenticate your identity as an active employee of Turner Industries. We DO NOT store your social security number in our benefits database.

  • Where can I find monthly premiums?

    Monthly premium rate sheets and all other details concerning specific plans can be found on the Plan Information page.

    IMPORTANT: The Plan Information page requires you to be logged into the Web Site. When you click the Plan Information link below, we will take you to the login page. After successfully logging in, the Web Site will take you to the Plan Information page. If you're already logged in, you will be taken straight to the Plan Information page.

  • Why can't I add or update dependents at any time?

    Dependents may only be changed during enrollment periods. If you experience a change in your family's status, it may be considered a Qualifying Event.

    IMPORTANT: The Qualifying Events page requires you to be logged into the Web Site. When you click the Qualifying Events link below, we will take you to the login page. After successfully logging in, the Web Site will take you to the qualifying events page. If you're already logged in, you will be taken straight to the Qualifying Events page.

  • What browsers are supported?
    We built tigBenefits to run on the latest desktop and mobile Web browsers.
     
    We strongly recommend using Google Chrome. It's fast, secure and always keeps itself up to date. Please click here to download Google Chrome.
     
    NOTE: Google Chrome can be downloaded on your Turner work computer.
     
    We also support the current desktop and mobile release versions of:
     
    1. Internet Explorer (please click here to download the latest version of Internet Explorer).
    2. Safari** (please click here to download the latest version of Safari).
    3. Firefox** (please click here to download the latest version of Firefox).
    4. Opera** (please click here to download the latest version of Opera).
     
    **Currently, only Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 9+ can be downloaded on Turner computers and/or Turner's network.

  • Why does the site keep logging me out?

    To protect your privacy and personal information, the site will automatically log you out after 10 minutes of inactivity. Simply return to the login screen and sign in again to continue using the site.
